1. Local Storage Only

Meditation history (sessions, streaks, minutes)
Program progress
Journal entries
User settings (theme, notifications, favorites, volumes)

2. No Tracking or Sharing

We do not include ads, analytics, or tracking SDKs by default.
Your data stays on your device unless you choose to share it.

3. Session & Affirmation Generation

When you generate a session or affirmation, only your chosen settings (focus, duration, voice) and the resulting script text are sent to secure AI and voice services. No personal or journal data is shared.

4. Account & Authentication

Sign in with Email/Password or Google.
We only use your email and a unique user ID for authentication.

5. Your Control

You can delete any history, entry, or setting at any time.
Your privacy settings are entirely in your hands.

6. Updates

If our data practices change, we’ll update this policy and notify you.
